Share Your Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day Story

If you took part in Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day, we’d love to help turn your reflection into a story.

Getting started is easy. Just click the link below, answer each question with as much detail as you’re comfortable sharing, and hit Submit. From there, we’ll create your MSAD story and send it to you for review.

Your story will never be posted without your approval. You’ll have the opportunity to read it first and request any changes before it’s shared.

Approved stories will be posted on this page and may also be included in the upcoming paperback edition of
Voices from the Moebius Syndrome Community.

Big moments and quiet reflections are equally welcome. What matters most is that your voice is part of the story.
