Moebius Syndrome Holiday Story Certificate

For many years we did a segment

Overview

For many years, to help spread Moebius Syndrome awareness during the holiday season, we featured a special series called Holiday Heroes. From December 1 through January 24 (Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day), we highlighted a new hero each day on our website and social media.

This year, we’re introducing a new campaign inspired by our theme, “Come Home for the Holidays.” Each week, we’ll be sharing Holiday Stories from individuals and families living with Moebius Syndrome on our website and social media pages. Every participant will receive a special holiday certificate from MFOMS, sent by email, to print and enjoy as a keepsake.

How it works

To have your story featured and receive your holiday certificate by email, simply visit our Story Board Q&A page. Complete the questions thoroughly, upload a photo, and click Submit. From there, we’ll create a personalized story for you or your child living with Moebius Syndrome. Once you’ve approved your story, we’ll send your certificate and let you know which week it will be published.

If you are an individual with Moebius Syndrome, [click here to go to the Q&A page].
If you are a parent or guardian of a child with Moebius Syndrome, [click here to go to the Q&A page].

Everyone who already has a story published on our site is automatically eligible — just email us at tim@mfoms.org to let us know you’d like your story featured this holiday season.
